How the program operates

  • You identify a candidate: a client with property damage from a leak, burst pipe, appliance overflow, sewer backup, or other plumbing-related water event.
  • You refer the client to Green Planet Restoration. Supply our contact or submit the referral through our partner form. Record your referral identifier (your name, company, phone, or referral ID).
  • Green Planet Restoration responds, schedules assessment and restoration, and keeps you informed of the job status.
  • After the restoration job is completed and paid, Green Planet Restoration issues the referral payment to your chosen method (check, ACH, or digital transfer).

What counts as a qualified referral?

A referral is qualified when all the following apply:

  • The referred party is a new client to Green Planet for this property.
  • The client receives an on-site assessment and accepts a scope of work for water mitigation or restoration.
  • The restoration services are completed and paid in full.

Jobs that are only diagnostic calls, declined scopes, or where restoration is not performed do not qualify for payment.

We limit paperwork so you can focus on service. To track referrals, we use a short online form or direct email. Payment is sent within 30 days of final invoice payment. If a referral involves insurance billing, we handle claim documentation and will notify you when the job is paid.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No long-term contract is required. Participation is optional and can be paused at your request.

Can I refer the same client multiple times?

Only one referral payment is made per qualifying restoration event per property.

Will Green Planet Restoration compete for plumbing work?

No. We do not perform standard plumbing repairs that would conflict with your trade. Our role is mitigation, drying, and restoration.

How do I track my referrals?
