Green Planet Restoration of San Diego crew got there fast, cut out the sagging ceiling before it could collapse further, and traced the path of the leak all the way up to the source. My house didn't burn. That's the strange part. A brush fire came within a half mile of us, and even after the flames were out, everything inside smelled like a campfire  my clothes, the couch, even the inside of the kitchen cabinets. I didn't think a restoration company could help with something that wasn't damage in the traditional sense, but Green Planet Restoration of San Diego walked through with a moisture and air quality meter and explained that smoke particles had worked their way into our HVAC system and soft surfaces. They ran thermal fogging through the whole house and cleaned the duct system top to bottom. Three days later, I walked in and it just smelled like my house again. A valve failure in our pool equipment room sent water flooding into the adjacent storage room, ruining stored furniture and soaking into the concrete slab beneath the flooring above. Because the space was semi enclosed, humidity built up fast. I'd like to say this is the first time I've used green planet restoration for a property. I manage and they came out the next day. Sent a gentleman by the name of arthuro and he was very knowledgeable and explained to the renters that there was no mold and gave them peace or mine. I wish every company was this easy to deal with.
