Our HVAC system was pulling dust straight through the vents. Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino inspected the ductwork and found it packed with fine sediment that regular filters hadn't caught. They cleaned every duct and vent in the house, replaced the filter, and by that evening, the air actually felt different cleaner, lighter, like the dust storm had never happened. Very thankful to you guys.

Our sump pump failed during a storm, and by the time we got home, our finished basement had almost two inches of standing water. It was heartbreaking that room held my son's old toys, boxes we'd never gotten around to sorting, all of it soaked. Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino's crew was gentle about it, helping me pull out what could still be saved before they even started the extraction work. They dried the space completely over the following week and checked moisture levels daily until everything read clean.

A Santa Ana wind event loosened a few shingles on our roof, and it took weeks of small rains before I finally noticed a stain creeping across our bedroom ceiling. Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino's team traced it back to the exact spot on the roof. They rebuilt the ceiling to match the original texture so well that my husband asked if they'd actually replaced it or just touched it up.

Our downstairs bathroom drain instead of draining away like it should have. It was contaminated water and I honestly didn't know where to start. Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino's emergency crew arrived in full protective gear, extracted everything, and removed the flooring and baseboards that had been exposed. They tested the air before clearing the room for use again.

The Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino crew walked in they didn't just clean, they explained what they were doing at every stage, using air scrubbers and a fogging treatment to pull the smoke smell out at a molecular level instead of just covering it up. They left, my son could barely believe it was the same kitchen he'd been standing in a few days earlier.

During one of our brutal summer heat waves, our AC's drain line clogged and backed up into the hallway closet, right where we keep our water heater. By the time I noticed, the carpet outside the closet was soaked and starting to smell. I called Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino, and they explained that this is one of the most common calls they get in the Inland Empire during peak summer clogged condensate lines in overworked AC units. They pulled the wet carpet pad, dried the subfloor, and even walked me through a simple maintenance trick to keep it from happening again next season.

Water poured off the hillside behind our property and found its way through our garage door seal, flooding the garage and soaking into the drywall along the shared wall with the house. I called Green Planet Restoration of San Bernardino that night, and a crew showed up even as the rain was still coming down. They got the standing water out, used drying equipment, and came back the next morning to check on progress. What could've turned into a mold problem never got the chance to start.

I bought a foreclosed animal shelter building in Chino that had been abandoned for years with extensive water damage from broken pipes and mold throughout the kennel areas. The smell was overwhelming. At first I thought the building was a total loss but then I called Green Planet Restoration San Bernardino. Genner and his crew did a complete assessment understanding the unique challenges of animal facility restoration. The commercial water damage services san bernardino work took about six weeks and they removed all contaminated materials, treated for odors, and installed proper drainage. What's more, they coordinated with the health department for compliance. These guys made it possible to reopen the shelter!

My yoga studio in Skyforest needed odor removal san bernardino services after discovering a family of raccoons had been living in the crawl space for months. The smell was affecting classes and students were complaining. Green Planet Restoration San Bernardino provided complete odor remediation including wildlife waste removal and sanitization. Denny coordinated everything with pest control and they used enzyme treatments and air scrubbers. Studio smells fresh now and students are happy. Professional handling of an unusual situation!
