I own a waterfront restaurant, and a grease fire on the line one Saturday night filled the kitchen and dining room with smoke right before our busiest month of the season. Customer told me about this company. Green Planet Restoration of Florida had a crew there that same night, started soot removal immediately, and worked around our reopening timeline understanding what every closed dinner service meant for a seasonal business like ours. We reopened in nine days. Very fast and professional.

We only live in our Naples place from November through April, and we were back up north when a storm damaged our roof and let water sit in the house for weeks before anyone even noticed. We called Green Planet Restoration of Florida and they responsed instantly. The repairs were fully done and the house was ready to move back into. They do the right job.

Green Planet Restoration of Florida handeled everything They resealed the door properly and treated everything behind it. Our HOA has had this exact issue in three other units, and none of them got treated this thoroughly before us.

I manage a short term rental about fifteen minutes from the parks, and a water heater failure flooded the unit two weeks before our busiest booking stretch of the year. I called Green Planet Restoration of Florida. They finished with three days to spare. Anyone who manages a vacation property here knows how tight these margins are during park season, and they treated my calendar like it actually mattered. Really satisfied with you guys.

Our 1930s bungalow near Hyde Park has all this original charm, but the humidity here doesn't care about charm, and mold had been quietly spreading behind our bedroom baseboards for who knows how long. Green Planet Restoration of Florida found it during a routine inspection we almost didn't bother scheduling, remediated it properly, and explained how our home's original construction actually trapped moisture differently than newer builds. I wish we'd called someone who actually understood historic homes years earlier.

When the storm surge warnings started sounding serious, we sandbagged what we could and evacuated inland, but water still got into our ground floor while we were gone. Because it was surge water, not clean rain, they treated the drywall and flooring for contamination the whole way up, not just where it looked wet. My neighbor who tried to DIY his flood damage is dealing with mold six months later. We're not. Thank you Green Planet Restoration of Florida

A kitchen fire left smoke and structural damage that we weren’t prepared for. The fire damage restoration process was clearly explained from the beginning, and the cleanup and repairs were handled step by step under Zacko’s coordination.

I don’t want go into detail but something bad happen in family home. We call them in panic. Team come very quiet, no judgment at all. They did slowly and respectfully. House was not livable before, after cleanup it feel safe again. Honestly I was shaking whole time but they just do job calm and professional.
