Paul and his team were amazing! I had a deck drain clog and the whole deck filled with water. Water started to come inside they extracted everything and set up drying equipment to mitigate damages inside the home. A storm drain near our property backed up during a heavy rain and pushed water into our garage and the room we'd converted into a home gym. Green Planet Restoration of Culver City got out to us within a couple hours despite the storm still going on outside. They extracted the water, disinfected everything given it wasn't clean water, and helped us figure out which equipment could be saved versus what needed replacing. They were able to come out and perform an inspection the same day, which was extremely helpful and reassuring. The team began the remediation work the following day and handled everything promptly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Their communication was excellent, their work was thorough, and their pricing was very reasonable. Water started coming through our ceiling from the unit above us, and living on the ninth floor of a high-rise made the whole thing feel more complicated than it needed to be. Green Planet Restoration of Culver City coordinated directly with our HOA and the unit above to trace the source, then handled the drying process in our unit without us needing to be the go between for every conversation. They also caught early signs of mold near the ceiling seam before it became a bigger issue. Paul was incredibly knowledge both about remediation and about the repair work we planned to do after the remediation.  Made himself available by phone on a moment's notice.
